This could be your big chance

An apprenticeship is a programme of learning and qualifications completed in the workplace that gives people the skills, knowledge and competence they need to progress in their chosen career. We will provide an opportunity for individuals to earn whilst they learn.

Our apprenticeships lead to national vocational qualifications, technical certificates and key skills qualifications, such as communication, application of number and IT. Some apprenticeships also offer BTEC or City & Guilds certificates.

Each apprenticeship programme offers a structured programme of on and off the job training. As an employee, you will work alongside experienced staff to gain job specific skills and may be required to undertake training with a local provider, such as a college on a day release basis.

Some of our apprentices are recruited to permanent vacancies and continuous employment is therefore guaranteed after completion of qualifications.

Other apprenticeship posts are linked to external funding; therefore some apprentices will be recruited on a temporary basis, clarification of which posts are permanent or temporary will be outlined in the advertisement.
