We can compulsory purchase and bring back into use, demolish or take over the management of long-term (over six months) empty homes. If you would like to report a long-term empty home, please contact us.
We can also carry out works to secure unoccupied buildings against unauthorised access. If you would like to report an unoccupied building that is open to unauthorised access, please contact us.
