We can purchase and demolish derelict homes, either as whole blocks or individually if they are detached, semi-detached or at the end of a terrace.
We will normally offer owners:
- the market value of their home;
- home loss compensation; and
- their reasonable moving expenses.
In addition, occupants will be given priority for re-housing in a Council home.
