We prioritise issues which landlords tell us are important to them, and we keep up to date with changes in legislation that landlords need to know about.
Training may be delivered directly by Wigan Council or in partnership with other local authorities, or it may be contracted to professional training organisations. There may be a charge to attend training sessions. We always welcome feedback on how effective training is, and your ideas for future sessions or recommended providers.
