Our private landlords forum and held their first meeting in September 2010. The aim of the forum is to enable both public and private sectors to work together whilst improving standards of property maintenance and management through sharing knowledge and providing training.
Bringing in contributions from those council teams whose role it is to enforce standards helps reduce community problems like empty homes, environmental health hazards and anti-social behaviour as landlords work with us towards shared goals.
Forum Event - 19th March 2013
The forum took place at Aspull Civic Hall and was very well attended.
