We have put in place a very well used ‘Ask the Expert’ facility where landlords can send in queries about any aspect involving private rented accommodation and a fully researched answer will be shared with our current database of over 700 landlords.
We publish a regular newsletter for landlords that provides updates on legislation affecting the private sector alongside advice and guidance from local agencies.

Private Landlords working group
At our first forum event we asked for volunteers to be part of a small working group that would meet us as when the need arises to look at issues affecting private landlords, including incentives, local housing allowance and landlord payments direct amongst others.
