Sure Start Children's Centres are part of Children and Young People's Services or Wigan Council. Two of the centres, Hindley Children's Centre and Tyldesley Children's Centre, have designated midwives to support women throughout pregnancy via a number of pregnancy related sessions including:
- Antenatal Home Visits
- Relaxation sessions
- Pamper Evenings
- Aquanatal sessions
- Antenatal and Postnatal Breastfeeding Support
- One to one support
