This includes:
- general office work and administration
- computing and information technology
- an outreach service
- a weekly members' meeting
- catering
- budgeting
- a research group
- gardening and maintenance
- social activities, including day trips, bowling, shopping, evening meals, a walking group, a pool team.
Each member of Tunstall House is allocated a nominated member of staff who will introduce them to all aspects of the clubhouse, working through an induction programme. This includes the completion of a personal development plan to identify short term and long term goals.
All staff provide members with the opportunity to develop their skills and work towards achieving their goals. This is reviewed regularly.
