Three specialist day centres provide a safe and friendly environment to meet the individual needs of people with dementia, providing emotional, spiritual and social support in a sensitive way.
Heathside residential home also provides services to people aged 65 and over with dementia and other related illnesses, and provides accommodation for both men and women.
To access services, you must first of all request an assessment of your needs, which will help us to decide whether or not you are eligible to receive services. We use Department of Health guidance 'Fair Access to Care Services' to work out your eligibility.
