Your first step is to discuss your concern with your childcare provider to see if you can resolve things.
What if there’s a child protection issue?
If you think a child in the care of a childminder or day care provider may be at risk of abuse or neglect, you should contact OFSTED immediately on 08456 404040.
You should also contact the Wigan Council’s Children in Need Duty Team (see below) who will investigate your concerns.
