If you think you need help with transport to a day centre please contact the Central Duty Team to arrange for an assessment of your needs. We use Department of Health guidance 'Fair Access to Care Services' to work out eligibility for services.
Some voluntary groups can also can also hire wheelchair accessible buses at evenings and weekends. If you are from a voluntary group and would like to hire a vehicle, please contact the transport section or complete and return the booking form (.pdf, 74kb).
