We have seven day centres across the borough, three of which are specialised to deliver services to people with dementia.
To access day services, you first need to have an assessment of your care needs. The assessment helps us to decide whether or not you are eligible to receive services. We use Department of Health guidance 'Fair Access to Care Services' to work out your eligibility.
