It's a partnership between Leonard Cheshire, the Citizens Advice Bureau, Wigan Council's Department of Adult Services and volunteers from within the borough (many of whom have a disability).
Paveways Plus is a prevention service, offering advice and support on claiming benefits, getting access to services and equipment and many other disability related issues.
