As your period of assessment or rehabilitation comes to an end, we can help you make the move into your own accommodation.
For some people this can be an anxious time, but our staff will help you ensure that you have planned the move thoroughly, whether it’s locating a new GP, deciding what furniture you need or just checking the telephone works.
