Pre-school staffing includes 2 qualified teachers. All staff who work in the Centre have enhanced CRB disclosures.
Staff are encouraged and developed through on going training including child protection and safeguarding, paediatric first aid, curriculum training, special educational needs and inclusion.
Early years and childcare workers and teachers work together to create high quality early years provision for all our children.
We also work alongside a small number of training organisations to offer supervised placements for students and trainees who are working towards recognised teaching or childcare qualifications.
