Golborne Sure Start Children's Centre is an extension to Golborne Community Primary School and offers quality, integrated nursery and childcare facilities for children aged 0 - 5 years.
The Children's Centre provides a fully inclusive, safe and supportive environment where all may work and play together, and offers a wide range of services and activities including a parent and toddler group, parenting drop-in sessions, childminders' support network, a weekly pram push and much more. The centre also has a multi-purpose Activity Room available for hire to the local community.
Sheila Carletti is the Centre Development Worker and she will continue to develop integrated, high quality services that will support and assist all children and their families to ensure that:

Jayne Walsh is the Receptionist / Information Assistant who provides a friendly wlecome to the centre and can accurately signpost parents and carers to all services and information required, including:
- Registered childcare in the borough
- Job Centre Plus
- Tax Credits
- Advice on help towards paying for childcare
