- holds a blue badge;
- owns and drives a car or another member of their family who lives with them owns and drives a car;
- does not have a driveway, garage or off-street parking place; and
- a safe, legal and suitable location can be marked out.
Please contact the Traffic Section for an application form to be sent out to you or you can download the Disabled Parking Bay application form (.pdf, 28Kb). Disabled bays are only advisory and other drivers may still use them if they wish.
