As part of the National Key Scheme, RADAR (External Link) provides keys to open disabled toilets and gates on public rights of way in the borough.
You can get keys from the Department of Adult Services at Civic Centre, or from any of its area offices. You can also download a request form (.pdf, 67KB) and return it with with a cheque or postal order for £3, made payable to 'Wigan Council'. Once we receive payment, we will post a key to you.
