Controlled Parking Zones - W3 Swinley West, Wigan

In each Controlled Parking Zone a series of streets are grouped together in a zone and each zone is given a unique number and expires at a different time of the year. This zone expires on 30 September 2008. All owners and occupiers of premises within the zone are allowed to apply for permits.
