Annual Visitor Permit for Swinley South

This is a permit that enables a resident's visitor to park within the Controlled Parking Zones (CPZs).

They are intended for use by long stay visitors to properties within the CPZ. The permits are NOT vehicle specific and can therefore be used on any singular vehicle. These permits will only be issued to bona fide residents. The permits are valid for a maximum of 12 months and are subject to the zone's renewal and expiry dates.  (Please note that all Swinley South permits issued under this years renewal will expire on the 31 May 2011.  For this year only the charges for annual Visitor permits will reflect the additional 2 months that will be added to the permit expiry date).

If issued after the CPZ’s annual renewal date, the permits will still expire when the next renewal date is reached and not 12 months from the permit's issue.
