If your bin has been missed, please check the following before contacting the council:
- Was it put out before 7.00am on your day of collection?
- Were there any obstructions in your road, (for example, roadworks or parked cars?)
- Does it contain rubble, soil, stones or other heavy items?
- Is there a sticker on it?
If you have an issue relating to a missed bin, could we please ask that you do not call the helpline until after 4pm. We appreciate that the issue is important to you though we will not be able to take any appropriate action until this time as the crews will still be completing collections within the borough.
