Fast track scheme for removal of abandoned vehicles
As from 1 February 2002, Greater Manchester Police in partnership with Wigan Borough Council implemented fast track procedures to deal with abandoned motor vehicles.
If you wish to report an abandoned vehicle you should contact Greater Manchester Police on 0161 872 5050.
It would be useful if you could provide them with details of the following:
- registration number of vehicle
- make and model of vehicle
- precise location of vehicle
