The Trencherfield Mill scheme will include:
- The refurbishment of the historic mill for a mix of apartments, offices and leisure uses. As part of the scheme, the restored Mill Engine and Machinery Hall are to be retained.
- Space for cultural activities.
- A new hotel.
- Restaurant, cafe and kiosk units.
- 200 new apartments.
Work on the regeneration is well underway, the work being carried out by the Stewart Milne Group.
