Learning Platform Tender Clarification Questions & Answers

Bidders are asked to return a service level agreement detailing what is included within our proposal. As the tender includes terms and conditions of supply which form the basis of a binding contract, as well as detailed costings and an overview of the Council's requirements, what would you envisage the SLA to cover ?

The Service Level Agreement that has been requested from suppliers, is different to the model documentation provided, as this will be the legal basis upon which the contract operates and to which both parties will sign up.

The Council wants to have information from suppliers that explains clearly what is included within the cost of their bid in order to make a sound value for money judgement and determine what, if anything, will be charged as extras over and above the tender submission price. For example levels of support and training included within pricing schedule should be provided.
