All Wigan schools have a School Complaints Procedure for addressing concerns of parents or other members of the community. A copy of the procedure may be obtained directly from schools, Children and Young People's Services Department or by following the link below (N.B This procedure has been adopted by most of our local schools.)
Specific complaints or concerns should be brought to the direct attention of the school but advice on the procedure may also be obtained from Children and Young People's Services and also if the internal procedures have been utilised.
