The aim of this course is to raise your awareness of the issues around teenage pregnancy at a national, regional and local level, how it adversely affects individuals and communities and what is being done in Wigan to address it.
By the end of the session you will:
- Have an understanding of what needs to be done to reduce teenage pregnancy, and why this is a local priority for Wigan
- Be better able to inform debate in schools and their own communities
