The aims of this course are:
- To develop your skills when taking part in the review
- To consider the part Performance Management plays in raising standards at the school
By the end of the session you will develop:
- An overview of the Performance Management process in schools
- An understanding of the role the School Improvement Partner (SIP) plays in supporting the Performance Management of the Headteacher
- Recognise that the core values of the school underpin the review meeting
- The knowledge and skills you will need to participate in the Headteachers review meeting
