‘The Impact of Out Of School Hours Learning’ targeted at those people within schools and other organisations that have the challenge of planning and implementing study support activities within their school or organisation. Menu of Providers

This document contains specialist providers from across the Wigan Borough that can support you with your Out of School Hours Learning. The document includes arts, sports, music, drama and other specialist project leaders. This document will be updated regularly to include new providers.

Indemnity Form

This form has been created to support you in your Out Of School Hours Learning activities. The provider is able to outline their commitments in the project and agree to terms and conditions as drawn up by the CYPS Legal Team. This document can then be kept as a record of arrangements that have been made.

Health & Safety Document

These Health & Safety guidelines contain examples of the information which needs to be collected in order to safe guard children and young people in both the Out Of School Hours arena and outside of the normal school day including:

  • Parental Consent Forms
  • Risk Assessment Forms

  • Child protection guidelines
  • Feedback forms for venues such as Children’s Centres to assist in future provision
  • Collection of children via coach or minibus
