Wigan Council as the Local Authority has details of the determined admission arrangements for 2011-2012 for all schools within the Wigan Local Authority. Copies of the determined admission arrangements can be viewed on this webpage or are available for inspection at Children and Young People Services, Progress House, Westwood Park Drive, Wigan WN3 4HH.
Parents can refer an objection to the adjudicator if the objection falls within regulation 27 and the parent falls within the relevant paragraph of regulation 26.
They can do this in writing to: The Secretary, Office of the Schools Adjudicator, Mowden Hall, Staindrop Road, Darlington, DL3 9BG. Any objections must be sent by 31 July 2009.
