The facilities at the PDC are extensively used by teams within CYPS, however, subject to availability, they can be hired by other Departments and external organisations. All bookings are charged at the rates described below.
All equipment within the rooms is included as standard.
If you wish to book a standard training/meeting room please complete a Room Booking Form (.pdf, 167.61kb) . Alternatively, if you require a specialist ICT suite (Langton or Grange) please complete a Langton and Grange Booking Form (.pdf, 165.35kb) and Langton and Grange Software List (.pdf, 9kb) . Forms should be forwarded to the Admin Team for processing.
