A choice of buffet lunches, either standard lunch or healthy lunch, can be ordered for your meeting, and we make every effort to cater for specific dietary needs, if known in advance. Please indicate your preference on the Room Booking Form (.pdf, 167.61kb). Final buffet numbers are required one working week in advance of your event.
If a cancellation is made less than one working week before the date of the event, we reserve the right to charge for expenses incurred, eg the cost of any lunches that may have been ordered.
We also offer complimentary drinks to all visitors throughout the day:

- Hot Chocolate
- Fruit Squash
- Distilled Water
In response to demand, we provide a selection of 'value for money' snacks for purchase in the lounge area. However, if you are at the Centre all day and have not requested a buffet lunch, we can order a selection of sandwiches from one of our buffet suppliers provided that this request is received early in the day.
