How To Complain

Student Support believe in constantly improving our services, so if you have a compliment, suggestion or a problem we would like to know. Any comment good or bad, helps us to understand what we need to do to continue providing a service that will meet your needs.

How to tell us

Call in and talk to the Student Support Team. Write us a letter with your comments or suggestions or simply fill in one of our comment cards.

If something does go wrong we need to find out why and try to ensure it doesn't happen again. We will listen to what you say and try to resolve the issue in a fair and prompt way.

If not, you can make a formal complaint.

Write a letter of complaint to Donna Manchester, Student Loans Team, Children and Young People's Services. Progress House, Westwood Park Drive, WIGAN, WN3 4HH.

We will let you know that we have received your complaint within 10 working days of receiving it. In the meantime staff will be made aware of the complaint and any action will be dealt with. If it takes longer to resolve we will continue to keep you informed.
