This plan is aimed mainly at our employees, Councillors, partners and local people but it will also help government agencies to understand us.
We have a new three year Corporate Plan that sets out how we aim to transform our services over the next three years to deliver on our aims to:
- Help people reach their full potential
- Enable stronger community leadership
- Provide places people want to live in
- Set high standards of accountability
- Provide effective support for services
Although we are planning over a three year period we will produce updates on how we are performing against these aims each year along with our performance indicators and annual accounts.
We have aimed to keep the Corporate Plan simple so it only contains summary information. There is a lot more information on our website or you can e-mail PPITeam@wigan.gov.uk.
