In order to ensure an efficient service, it is essential that when completing a booking form for the Mayor or Mayoress/Consort that you provide as much information as possible, such as should a speech be required.
The Mayor is always happy to oblige and therefore would prefer to be briefed on your organisation prior to the event.
The Deputy Mayor will only cover functions in the absence of the Mayor due to sickness or holiday commitments (excluding Civic Sunday and Remembrance Sunday).
The Mayoral Office will require 5 clear working days notice for Mayoral engagements.
