Parliamentary Elections

The UK Parliament is elected for a maximum period of five years.  However the Prime Minister may request the Monarch to dissolve Parliament any time within that term, forcing an election to be held.

A full list of candidates is available immediately prior to a Parliamentary General Election, for those constituencies within the Borough.
