- No longer liable at your new address
- Banding reduction
- Exemptions or discounts granted
- Over paid
- Council tax benefit awarded
You can also check if your account is in credit by signing up to My Council.
Refunds are done on a weekly basis and are by personal cheque payable to the liable person. If payment was by credit/debit card the refund may be paid back to the card which was used for payment. If you are due a refund, please tell us if you want us to pay it this way.
