Borough Life competitions: terms and conditions

1. Competitions are open to all residents of Wigan borough (excluding Wigan Council Media & Communications Team employees).
2. All legitimate entries will be entered into competition draws. 
3. The editor’s decision is final. 
4. Wigan Council is not liable for any failure to fulfil this promotion where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances including but not limited to: severe weather conditions, fire, flood, earthquake, or severe movement of land or other natural phenomena, industrial disputes, war, riots Acts of God or events which without fault of either party rendering performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution. 
5. Prizes are non-changeable, non-transferable and non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
6. Wigan Council reserves the right to vary any of the terms and conditions of competition offers at its absolute discretion. 
7. Wigan Council reserves the right to cancel this promotion without notice or obligation.
