31 Minutes: The minutes of the meeting of this Committee held on 8 December 2009 were approved as a correct record.

32 Planning proposals: The Committee considered planning and related applications, which had been submitted to the Council. Reports and associated documentation and representations had been circulated with the agenda.

Resolved: The decisions of the Committee on the planning and related applications are as set out in the schedule attached.
