.4 Foundation Trust Status Update: The Select Committee received a verbal update from Mr A Foster Chief Executive of Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Trust to confirm that the Trust had been awarded Foundation Trust Status.

.5 Care Closer to Home Overview of Services: The Select Committee received a presentation from Mrs G Gaskell and Mr H Chandarana, Ashton, Wigan and Leigh Community Healthcare.
