11 Minutes of last meeting: The minutes of the meeting of this Committee held on 18 July 2008 were approved as a correct record.
12 Sale of alcohol to children: The Committee considered a report, which informed Members of the actions taken by the Community Protection Section to address the problems associated with the sale and consumption of alcohol by children. Greater emphasis was being placed on preventative measures, through the use of voluntary conditions agreements, licence representations, training packages for staff and effective working with partners to address proxy sales.
Resolved: The Committee notes the report now submitted.
