6 Application for a premises licence, The Paper Shop, 31 Church Road, Astley, Wigan: The Licensing Sub-Committee considered a report, which set out details of an application for a premises licence for which representations had been received. However, the applicant’s representative disputed that the interested parties lived within the vicinity. The Sub Committee agreed that the interested parties did not live in the vicinity of the premises and therefore the representations were not relevant to the application.
Resolved: The licence is now granted as submitted.
