6 Application for a new premises licence, Swinley Labour Club, Coppull Lane, Wigan: The Licensing Sub-Committee considered a report, which set out details of an application for a new premises licence for which one representation had been received.
The applicant attended the hearing and answered questions.
Resolved: The licence for the establishment is now granted subject to the following conditions:
- the conditions currently on the club premises certificate be included on the premises licence;
- bottles will be disposed of between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.; and
- children will be excluded from the club by 9.00pm unless it is a social function, when they will be permitted to remain in the club.
