Having considered a report that seeks to;
1. Progress the option to reduce the school to 1 Form Entry by single sitting the school on the existing Infant building site,
2. Accept the tender submitted by Yearsley Ltd in the sum of £897,996
3. Grant budget release in the sum of £1,074,166
and after consulting the Director of Children and Young Peoples Services I made the following Executive Decision in relation to the reduction to 1 Form Entry of Marsh Green Primary School, to;
1. approve the development of the single sitting option on the Infant site including the remodelling/extention of the existing building
2. Accept the tender submitted by Yearsley Ltd in the sum of £897,996
3. Grant budget release in the sum of £1,074,166
Since this is an Executive Decision, the decision will come into force, and may then be implemented, on the expiry of five working days after the publication of the decision i.e. 13th May 2008, unless the Overview and Scrutiny Committee objects to it and calls it in.
