Having considered a report that concerns;
- The establishing of a new Pupil Support Centre on the previous site of Shackerley Primary School in Tyldesley
- The approval of the AMP negotiated with Carefoot Construction Ltd in the sum of £340,265 within the out-turn figure of £519,524 and;
- The granting of budget release from the LEA`s Targeted Capital funding in the sum of £519,524
I made the following Executive Decision in relation to the previous site of Shackerley Primary School;
- To approve the establishment of a new Pupil Support Centre on the previous site of Shackerley Primary School in Tyldesley;
- To approve the negotiated AMP of £340,265 within the out-turn figure of £519,524 and;
- Grant budget release from the LEA`s Targeted Capital funding in the sum of £519,524.
Since this is an Executive Key Decision, the decision will come into force, and may then be implemented, on the expiry of five working days after the publication of the decision i.e. 30/5/2008, unless the Overview and Scrutiny Committee objects to it and calls it in.
