28 Corporate Plan 2007/08 including performance report 2006/07 (1 April 2006 – 31 March 2007): The Committee considered a report which had been considered by Cabinet (Minute 64 refers) on the corporate plan for 2007/08; the strategic risk register; the Council’s performance of key performance measures and tasks; and the best value performance indicators results for 2006/07.

29 Legal and Property Services Department - performance report for the first quarter and Departmental action plan for 2007/08: The Committee considered a report that informed Members of the performance of the Legal and Property Services Department against the measures contained in its service plan for the first quarter of 2007/08. The report also informed Members of the Legal and Property Services Department’s Action Plan for 2007/08.
