5 Exclusion of the public: The Committee is asked to consider whether by resolution to exclude the public from the meeting during consideration of the items of business marked with an ‘E’ reference because of the possibility of the disclosure of exempt information. A draft resolution is attached for use by the Committee if it so wishes.

8 Introductory Session: Because the work plan for this Committee will only be determined at the work programme planning seminar on the 17 June 2010 this meeting will focus primarily on raising Committee Members understanding of the Service areas that report to this Committee and the relevance of the Health and Well-being Partnership and Single Commissioning Agency.
