A meeting of the Overview and Scrutiny Select Committee No 3 (Tendering) will be held in the Charter Suite Bar Area at the Town Hall, Library Street, Wigan at 4 p.m. on Monday, 3 November 2008.

2 Urgent Business (if any): To be accepted at the discretion of the Chairman of the meeting.
3 Exclusion of the Public (if any) : The Select Committee is asked to consider whether by resolution to exclude the public from the meeting during consideration of the item of business marked with an 'E' reference because of the possibility of the disclosure of exempt information. A draft resolution is attached for use by the Select Committee if it so wishes.
