A meeting of the Overview and Scrutiny Select Committee No 3 (Tendering) will be held in one of the Committee Rooms at the Town Hall, Library Street, Wigan at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, 16 September 2008.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:-
