(b) Youth Offending Team Management Board: Councillor Mrs M J Whiteside together with Councillor R Winkworth representing the Children and Young People's Panel.
(c) Domestic Violence Executive: Councillor K Cunliffe (Cabinet Champion).
The Panel is requested to consider the attendance of Members at meetings of the Groups during 2008/09.
