The Partnership is responsible for Goal 3 of the Community Plan.
The vision of the Partnership is to:-
- Meet the needs of children, young people and their families in a timely, seamless and user-friendly manner
- Deliver the services young people and their families need in locations that give equality and ease of access
- To have service providers working together towards a common agenda, not hindered by departmental/agency barriers
- To reduce the number of children and young people 'at risk'.
